Description

Spearmint (Mentha spicata) is commonly known as mint. It is a native plant to Europe. Besides confectionary use, spearmint is traditionally used as a culinary and beverage flavouring herb. Spearmint is also Spearmint leaf is rich in flavonoids, menthol, caffeic acid etc. The main active ingredient includes L-carvone and limonene.

Direction of Use Use in baking (desserts, cakes, etc.) or beverages where flavor, color, and nutrients are required. Use 1 tablespoon for each 4 oz /113 g cup of ingredients and add more as preferred. Dosage: 2% – 8% • 1 Tablespoon (10g) • 1 Teaspoon (4g)
