Shipping Policy
Certain overseas shipment will require customer or shipping agent assistance to handle custom clearance (subjected to each country law and regulation), any complication will not be under our responsibility.
All the shipments contain food item are subject to AQIS inspection (The Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service). The AQIS fee is up to AUD 165 per shipment and this have to bear by the consignee

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at marketing@bionutricia.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Please send your cancellation request within 24 hours after placing order. We only accept cancellation for order that has not yet been scheduled for pick up by the courier. All refund will be subject to a processing fees of 5% of the total amount.
The “Delivery” timeframe is an estimate of when your items will be delivered to your shipping address. This includes warehouse processing, or “Ships” timeframe, plus carrier delivery time. Once your items are shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
The estimated delivery time frame is 2-5 working days in Malaysia and within 30 working days internationally
If you’re waiting to receive your parcel and you think it should have arrived by now:
- The delivery times listed above are from the time the parcel is dispatched, not from the time you place your order. So make sure you count the days from the dispatch date, not the order date. Also, “working days” means Monday to Friday only, and doesn’t include public holidays.
- Check at your local post office or mail centre to see if they are holding it there for you. Sometimes the posties forget to leave a card telling you to pick up the parcel.
- If you are having the parcel delivered to work, check with your colleagues and with the mailroom to see if they have seen your parcel.
- Check your order tracking to make sure the shipping address was correct.
