What we don’t do — and why that matters
Honesty about the limits of a supplier is as important as the strengths. Things Bionutricia does not do:
- We don’t resell other manufacturers’ extracts. Every extract sold under the Bionutricia name is made on Bionutricia equipment.
- We don’t ship without a COA. If a lot fails QC, we don’t release it — we re-run the lot.
- We don’t white-label your formulation to other clients. Custom R&D under NDA is protected, not redistributed.
- We don’t promise 1-week production turnaround. Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks. Anyone promising faster on bulk extracts is likely shipping from existing stock with different specs.

What if I need an active Bionutricia doesn’t currently produce?
Bionutricia accepts custom R&D projects on commercially viable actives. The R&D fee depends on complexity; lead time is typically 8–16 weeks for a new active including stability data.
How do I know your patents and certifications are real?
JAKIM HALAL reference, FSSC 22000 certificate ID, GMP and HACCP certificate references, and MyIPO patent number are all available on request. Independent verification: NanoVerify DLS reports and SIRIM study reports are issued by third-party labs.
Will Bionutricia work with small / startup brands?
Yes. Pilot batches and lower MOQ are negotiable for startup brands with credible launch plans. Bionutricia treats startup OEM projects as long-term partnerships.
What happens if a batch fails QC?
The batch is rejected and re-run at Bionutricia’s cost. The COA only ships when the lot is in-spec. We do not release out-of-spec material.
